Director's Renewal Training Program (Self-Paced Learning) 

Training is accepted to meet Florida's Director's Renewal Training, annual in-service training for established DCF Licensed 

Family Central's Training Academy is a DCF approved Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) Birth-5 program provider. For more information on this program

This training emphasize the crucial components of administering a high-quality early care and education programs. The purpose of this is to provide current child care administrators an opportunity to acquire and/or enhance information and skills they need to effectively operate a facility in the areas of organizational leadership, and management
associated with managing a quality child care program.

PREREQUISITES
Prerequisites: A minimum of a
CDA/FCCPC Certificate and completion of Part 1 and Part 11 of the State of
Florida mandatory Training Requirements
In order to complete this training you must currently hold a Director's Credential given by DCF. 
Student Advising Notes: High school diploma or equivalency degree, Florida DCF
Child Care Worker Training (initial 40-hours) certificates, Florida DCF Staff
Credential. 

A Current Florida’s
Director’s Credential
Students must meet the
following requirements before the Renewal Credits are approved.
1.  Students must have completed transcript of Part I and Pat II of the State of Florida mandatory training requirements.
2. Student must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Student must provide an original high school diploma or GED.
4. Student must be currently working or volunteering in a child care setting.

DESCRIPTION:

GRADING AND EVALUATION:

Evaluations, all assignments are graded on a point system. Each assignment is worth points totaling 100 points or 100%. Confirm reading this assignment by stating you have read and understand course requirements in discussion forum (DB) here. This assignment is an automatic 100% for the leadership assignment in session 7, when you have read and stated you have read the course requirements before beginning any assignment. Any participant completing this assignment after beginning other coursework will receive 80% towards the leadership assignment.  The possible number of points for each assignments is listed below.
