This 5-hour in-service training is design to support directors build the skills they need to present effectively.

Family Central's Training Academy assists Directors with fulfilling their Professional Contribution Requirement (PCR) for the renewal of their Florida Director Credential.

When you complete this 5 hour training, you will make a presentation in the field of early learning and will have the opportunity to present. Once you have completed the training and submitted your information, documentation will provided to submit to DCF.

This 5-hour training is designed to equip directors with the necessary skills and strategies to effectively deliver training sessions. Participants will learn how to create engaging presentations, utilize interactive techniques, manage group dynamics, and assess learning outcomes. Through a blend of theoretical insights, practical exercises, and guided feedback, directors will enhance their presentation skills, boost their confidence, and ultimately drive impactful and meaningful training sessions within their organization.
